Cancellation Policy

At Beauty in Heart, every booking is a request we personally confirm, so you'll hear back from us shortly after you book to lock in your time. Please book at least 48 hours in advance — this gives us the space to prepare properly for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the slot to someone else. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we need to shorten or rebook your service. Thank you for your understanding — we can't wait to look after you.
